Ingredients:

1 kg. oranges
400 g of refiner syrup
100 g of water

Preparation:

It is whenever possible best of all to take oranges of the average size.
To cut fruit circles 0,5 cm wide.
Take deep frying pan, fill refiner syrup on bottom, lay out layer of oranges.
Repeat procedure: layer of sugar and layer of oranges. Complete it sugar layer.
Fill in with water.
Weary under cover on small fire 2 hours.
If necessary add water.
Such oranges perfectly will approach tea and are stored very long. Instead of sugar it is possible to take honey.
