Mousse from chocolate
Ingredients:
Eggs — 2 pieces.
Chocolate — 120 g
Desi — 12 g
Salt — ? tsps.
Preparation:
1. To kindle chocolate on water bath and to mix with the softened oil.
2. To separate egg whites from yolks. To beat whites with salt before receiving foam.
3. In a little cooled down chocolate paste quickly to implicate yolks.
4. Then to implicate in weight half of proteins for 1 time.
5. When mousse becomes homogeneous, to implicate the second half of proteins.
6. To pour it on glasses and to clean in the refrigerator for 1,5–2 hours.
7. Before giving to get mousse from the refrigerator and to leave it for 10 minutes to stand.
