Caramel pumpkin pie with the Italian cream

Ingredients:
200 g of black foxes
150 g of the coconut flakes sweetened
210 g of cooking fat (margarine, butter) + 4 tablespoons
1,5 glasses of granulated sugar
1 glass of refiner syrup
6 eggs to divide into egg whites and yolks
1,25 glasses of pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2,5 glasses of flour
1,25 teaspoons of soda
3/4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 glass of amasi or buttermilk

Caramel cream:
110 g of desi
1 glass of refiner syrup
1/4 glasses of fat cream
1/8 teaspoons of sea salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 glasses of the sifted icing sugar

Italian glaze:
110 g of desi of room temperature
225 g of cream cheese of room temperature
4 glasses of icing sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation:

Heat oven to 175 degrees. Lay out nuts one layer on baking tray and send to oven to be fried for 10-15 minutes till golden-brownish color. Leave 8-10 halves for ornament, the rest cut. Prepare big half for dough, put the rest in small pan. Fry on frying pan (without oil!) half of coconut flakes to golden-brown state about 3-4 minutes, periodically stirring slowly. Then lay out this mix to the cut nuts and mix (leave for outside ornament). Also leave other coco which is (not fried) for dough.
Shake up oil with 2 types of sugar to air state at average speed of the mixer. Hammer yolks, then - pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg and 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Mix.
Mix flour, soda, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoons of salt. Gradually to vsypta this mix in dough, alternating to amasi. Add not fried coco and the left chopped nuts.
Beat whites at average speed to steady peaks. Accurately rub into dough.
Divide dough into 3 forms equally which are previously laid by paper for pastries and oiled. Bake cake layers of 30-35 minutes in the warmed oven.
Completely cool cake layers before taking out from form.

We prepare cream:
Everything, except vanilla and powder, lay out in small kastryulka and put on average fire. Bring mix to the boil and then boil about minutes, periodically stirring slowly. Remove from fire, add vanillin and powder and shake up the mixer at average speed up to the dense weight. Divide cream into 2 parts and miss the mark equally between cake layers.

We prepare glaze:
Shake up desi with cheese at high speed. Gradually to vsypta also shake up icing sugar to homogeneous mass. Add vanillin. Apply glaze on all surface of pie. Powder with coconut and nut mix and decorate with halves of black foxes.
