It is required to you:
Potatoes of 1000
Salt food 1 tsp.
Desi of 40 g
Wheat flour of 35 g
Egg of 2 pieces.
Vegetable oil of 30 ml
Potatoes need to be cleared and cooked to softness in the added some salt water. When it is ready, water it is necessary to merge and add to it good slice of desi.
Until potato has cooled down, mash it together with oil so that weight without lumps has turned out. Now here it is necessary to add eggs, and carefully to mix about one and a half tablespoons of flour to uniformity.
From the turned-out dough we mold cutlets (or round minced collops) and we spread on hot frying pan with vegetable oil.
It is necessary to fry cutlets on average fire until they do not get golden shade. At this moment they need to turn and achieve the same color on the other hand. After that the dish can be considered ready. Serve cutlets with sour cream, mushroom sauce, vegetable salad or as garnish to meat or fish dish.
