Ingredients:

Wheat flour — 100 g
Desi (100 + 90) — 190 g
Sugar (30 + 130 for proteins) — 160 g
Dark chocolate — 2 packs.
White chocolate — 1 pack.
Milk chocolate — 1 pack.
Baking powder — 11 g
Egg — 4 pieces
Cream (35%) — 600 g
Gelatin — 24 g
Liqueur creamy — 250 ml
Vanillin (to taste)

Preparation:
