Ingredients:

100 gr. prunes without stone
100 gr. raisin

Preparation:

To heat oven on 180 degrees. To grease loaf pan or small formochka with desi. To fill in dried fruits with boiled water for about 5 minutes, then water from them to merge and dry on napkin, to shift in bowl and to mix with flour pinch.

Preparation:

Preparation:

Preparation:

Ingredients:

3 bananas (they have to be ripe)
200 gr. dark chocolate
100 gr. desi
6 eggs (to separate the whites from the yolks)
1/2 glasses of honey
1/2 glasses of sugar
1 glass of flour
1 bag of baking powder (10 gr.)
it is possible to add 1/2 glasses of the crushed walnuts

Preparation:

1. To heat oven on 180 degrees, to lay bottom of form parchment, to grease with desi (form of 26 cm in size)
2. To mash bananas in mashed potatoes, oil and chocolate to kindle, add banana puree and honey, to mix, add on one yolks, after everyone well mixing, to add sifted flour with baking powder, to stir.
3. To beat whites to steady peaks with pinch of salt and sugar (to add sugar gradually), carefully to mix rake of squirrel with dough in three steps, to pour in form, to bake to readiness until the wooden skewer thrust in the middle of pie leaves dry.
4. To shift ready pie to lattice, to cool, the top can be filled in with chocolate cover.

100 ml. the strong made coffee
100 gr. torments
20 gr. cocoa powder
1.5 h. baking powder spoons

for impregnation of cake layer
2 tablespoons of strong coffee (in the original recipe 1 cup, but 2 spoons were enough for me)
for mousse

250 ml. milk
200 ml. strong coffee
2 eggs (to separate the yolks from the whites)
6 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of corn starch
50 ml. whisky (I took the creamy liqueur Ayrish Cream)
200 ml. cream of 33%
15 gr. instant gelatin (to wet in 2 tablespoons of water, then to dismiss on water bath)

Preparation:

To heat oven on 180 degrees, to oil form.
To shake up oil with sugar to it is white (to leave 2 tablespoons of sugar for proteins), on one to hammer yolks, to add coffee, vanilla sugar and to mix, sift from above the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa it is good to mix.
