Mint hot chocolate
Ingredients:
950 ml of milk
110 g of bitter chocolate
110 g of milk chocolate
1/4 teaspoons of mint extract
Mint sugar candies
Preparation:
In average kastryulka heat milk on average fire. While milk is heated cut chocolate. When milk starts beginning to boil, remove pan from fire and throw chocolate. Mix all mix so far chocolate will not be kindled. Add menthol and mix again. Heat chocolate on small fire and give warm with mint sugar candy.
