Italian cuisine: salad with pear, walnut and parmesan
It is required to you:
lettuce leaves (in the original - salad sonchino)
walnuts
parmesan to rub in large flakes
pear cubes
olive oil, juice of lemon and salt to taste
Preparation:
Wash up lettuce leaves and dry up paper towel.
Clear pears and cut on small small squares.
Cut walnuts and grate cheese with flakes by means of knife for cleaning of potatoes. Lay out all ingredients in salad bowl, mix. Fill with olive oil, lemon juice. Salt to taste.
