Ingredients:
Spinach of 200 g
Wheat flour of 960 g
Yeast dry high-speed 15 g
Salt of sea 1.5 tsps.
Vegetable oil of 60 ml
Red paprika (paprika) of ? pieces.
Paprika ground 1 tsp.
Pumpkin muscat (butternut) of 350 g
Poppy of 5 g
Sesame of 5 g
Tsp caraway seeds ?.
For green bread it is necessary to crush in the blender spinach with small amount of water (about 100 ml) and oil, then to add mashed potatoes to sifted flour with yeast and salt. To knead dough and to leave for rise in warm place for hour.
For red bread with yeast and salt it is necessary to add ground paprika and mashed potatoes from the scalded paprika and water (about 120 ml) to sifted flour. To put in heat for rise for hour.
For yellow bread of mashed potatoes from the baked pumpkin with water (50-70 ml) to pour in sifted flour with yeast and salt. Also to allow to approach in warm place within hour.
Take approximately identical pieces of test of different color.
On the powdered flour of surface roll identical sausages.
Connect the upper ends of sausages and weave from them leaky braid (on photo braid a little plotnovat). Fix the ends.
Cover bread with towel and let's approach in warm place of 20-30 minutes. Then moisten top with water and strew each type of dough with the type of seeds.
Bake in the oven warmed to 220 degrees within 30-35 minutes. Cool on lattice and decorate the table!
