Chocolate muffin with gentle stuffing
Ingredients:
Eggs — 3 pieces.
Corn starch from TM HAAS — 3 tablespoons.
Cottage cheese smetanoobrazny — 150 g
Cocoa — 3 h. l.
Sugar — 2 tablespoons.
Yeast — 1 h. l.
Preparation:
1. To warm oven to 180 g.
2. To mix all ingredients.
3. To lay out in silicone formochka and to bake 10–12 minutes.
4. To cool a little, accurately to take out from form, to decorate with mint leaves.
