Banana and rum bread
Ingredients:
Desi – 113 g
Refiner syrup – 150 g
2 big eggs
1 teaspoon of vanillin
3 big ripe bananas to knead in mashed potatoes
125 g of flour for pastries
120 g of whole grain flour
1 teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
? teaspoons of salt
118 ml of dark rum
Preparation:
Heat oven to 180 degrees. Grease form for bread with desi.
In bowl mix desi with sugar and shake up to homogeneous mass. Hammer on one egg for time, shaking up after each addition. Add vanillin and banana puree, flour, soda, baking powder and salt. At the end add rum. Mix everything to homogeneous mass.
Pour dough in the prepared form and bake within 55-65 minutes. Take from 10 minutes in the switched-off oven and get. Before giving completely cool.
