Liver under Fur Coat salad

Ingredients:

- Liver (beef) boiled - 250-300 g.
- egg - 5 pieces.
- apples (big sweet-sour) - 2 pieces.
- 1 bulb
- cheese sausage - 150 g
- mayonnaise

Preparation:

Boiled liver we rub on large grater.
To cut onions with small cubes.
Cheese, eggs and apples is rubbed on large grater and we start collecting salad:
The 1st layer - liver, salt
The 2nd layer - onions
The 3rd layer - apples
The 4th layer - eggs, salt
The 5th layer - cheese
We coat each layer with mayonnaise.
