Avokado-pesto
Ingredients:
Avocado — 1 piece.
Almonds — 40 g
Parmesan — 40 g
Garlic — 1–2 zubk
Melis — bunch
Lemon juice — 2 tablespoons.
Salt — pinch
Olive oil — 100 ml
Preparation:
1. In bowl of the blender to put almonds, to fill in with olive oil and to interrupt in mashed potatoes.
2. Then to add avocado, melissa, garlic, parmesan, lemon juice, pinch of salt and everything carefully to interrupt.
3. To give to Pesto to paste, soups, salads.
