Ingredients:

Rice – 1,5 glasses
Chain pump – 5 leaves
Avocado – 1 piece.
Cucumber – 1 piece.
Light-salted fish (salmon, trout, salmon) – 200 gr.
Crab meat – 100 gr.
Sesame black (or white) – 50 gr.
Soy-bean sauce, sugar, salt, rice vinegar, marinated ginger, wasabi, bamboo mat

Preparation:
