Cottage cheese cake
Ingredients:
FOR DOUGH:
200gr.margarina,
1 egg,
3/4 Art. of sugar,
1ch.l.gashenoy vinegar,
3 Art. of flour,
salt pinch.
FOR THE STUFFING:
500gr. cottage cheese,
2 eggs,
2 ch.l.krakhmal,
1/2 Art. of sugar.
Preparation:
To connect all ingredients for dough, to knead. To separate 1/3 part of dough, to put it in deep freeze. To connect all ingredients for dough and to mix. To distribute dough (hands) on baking sheet, to lay out on it stuffing. Then to grate frozen dough on large grater. To bake in oven at 180 gr. 30 minutes.
