Crisp salty and percheny French toast
Ingredients:
5 eggs
3 tablespoons of mix of slivok+molok
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of sprinkling pepper
1,5 tablespoons of green onions, small to cut (optionally)
1,5 tablespoons of cilantro, small to cut (optionally)
vegetable and desi
8 pieces of bread or long loaf of one-day freshness to cut on diagonal
ketchup as sauce
Preparation:
In bowl or dish for roasting shake up eggs with mix of milk and cream, pepper, salt, onions and cilantro.
Heat average or big frying pan on average fire. On bottom pour out generous portion of vegetable oil and tablespoon of dough (for taste). Dip each triangle of bread into egg mix and lay out on the heated frying pan. Fry from each party on 2-3 minutes to crunchy (!) golden-brown crust. Lay out the fried toasts on paper towel and get wet to clean excess fat.
Give with ketchup or any other sauce.
