Vermicelli with spicy beef and vegetables
Ingredients:
Ground beef - 500 g
Mix of the Chinese spices (Japanese pepper (huatsza), anisetree, carnation (heads without legs), cinnamon, fennel.) - 2-3 tablespoons
Garlic - 3 cloves to squeeze out h / z press
Ginger - 1 tablespoon to squeeze out h / z press
Chili pepper - 3 pieces to squeeze out h / z press
Zucchini - 1 piece, small to cut
Fish sauce - 2 teaspoons
Half of red paprika to cut straws
Leek - 2 pieces, small to cut
Chopped parsley - 1/4 glasses
Chopped basil - 1/2 glasses
Lime
Vermicelli or the Chinese noodles - 85 g
Salt of rough grinding and sprinkling pepper
Preparation:
Fry on frying pan forcemeat, vsypta of spice and pinch of salt and pepper. Extinguish. Add garlic, ginger, Chile.
Lay out the cut zucchini on frying pan and pour in fish sauce. Mix. Try and if necessary add still salts.
Boil in the boiling water vershimel, merge and cool, having washed out baking plate cold water.
In big bowl or salad bowl mix the prepared vermicelli, forcemeat with vegetables, the cut pepper, basil, parsley and onions. Squeeze out lime juice. Mix.
Give with lime segments.
