The minced meat balls with cheese baked in tomato sauce
Ingredients
For quenelles:
- 600 g of ground beef
- 1 bulb to crush
- 2 garlic gloves to crush
- 1 teaspoon of dried coriander
- 1/2 teaspoons of zira
- 1/2 teaspoons of ground cloves
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of grated parmesan
- little lemon juice (at will)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of grated cheese cheddar
Ingredients for 4 portions for sauce:
- 1 bank of the tomatoes (cleared and cut) in own juice
- 1 bank of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
To connect all ingredients for sauce and to pour out in deep form for roasting.
To connect all ingredients for quenelles, carefully to mix. To make quenelles of the average size and to lay out in form with sauce.
To put form in warmed (important!) and to bake oven 10-15 minutes, then to strew quenelles with grated cheddar and to bake 10 more minutes.
