The baked vegetable omelet
Ingredients:
Vegetable marrow - 1 cf. piece.
Paprika - 1/2 pieces
Pepper yellow - 1 piece
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper - to taste
Garlic - 2 cloves
Egg - 6 pieces
Milk - 1/2 glasses
Parmesan polished - 2 tablespoons
Desi - 1 tablespoon
Onions - shallot - 2 bunches
Heat oven to 230 gr. Cut zucchini, pepper and onions. Lay out on form for roasting and spray oil, salt and pepper. Mix and bake about 10 min. Get and add the cut garlic and again mix. Send back for 10 minutes
At this time hammer eggs into bowl, add milk, cheese and 1/2 teaspoons of salt. Shake up. Reduce temperature to 175 degrees.
Warm up desi in frying pan and fry onions shallot. Add the baked vegetables. In minute - egg mix. Reduce fire and, without mixing, prepare about 2 minutes. Then rearrange frying pan in oven and hold 10-12 minutes.
Strew from above with a little more polished parmesan and wait so far cheese will melt.
