Ingredients:
for dough:
1 egg
200 g of cottage cheese (in our case of 9%)

Preparation:

4. We sift flour in bowl, we add baking powder and vanillin. Carefully we mix.
5. We add flour to cottage cheese mix and we knead dough so that did not stick to hands.
6. We put it in bowl, we cover with poloteets and we leave for half an hour.
7. Dough we divide on 8-10 balls, skatyvay them, we spread on the baking tray laid by baking paper.
8. We grease at the beginning with milk, then egg, we strew from above (in my case) with coco.
9. We bake half an hour at temperature of oven of 180 degrees

Ingredients:

Kefir of 250 ml

Dough skatyvay in roll, we cut off the ends, we connect the ends, accurately pinching them.
Roll is transferable on parchment paper, and then we do cuts by scissors, thereby creating petals. We do radial cuts through 1 cm, but making an incision not up to the end, and leaving the petals fastened among themselves.
And now we start creating pie, for this purpose one petal is turned inside, and two following leaving outside, having turned on one side.
Thus we arrive and with other petals, as a result we receive fancy ringlet.
Earlier cut off tips it is connected among themselves and we place in the center of ringlet. We cover pie with towel and we leave on rasstoyka for 15-20 minutes.

Preparation:

3. We add cottage cheese and vanilla essence to the received weight. Well we mix.
4. We mix flour and baking powder, we sift it in weight.
5. We knead rather thin dough.
6. In the oiled formochka on bottom we spread layer of dough, in the middle we put 2 teaspoons of condensed milk and we strew with nutlets.
7. We spread layer of dough from above of stuffing. We send our cakes to oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on character of your oven.
8. Ready cakes have to rise and blush well. We wait will cool down still a little.
9. All! Cakes are ready. Thanks to cottage cheese, cakes have turned out very gentle, with light texture and pleasant sweet stuffing. I think that such cakes perfectly will approach for day off breakfast, with cup of fragrant coffee or favourite tea.
