Salad with corn and mushrooms
Ingredients:
200 gr fillet
200 gr champignon mushrooms
1 can of corn
150 gr onions
150 gr carrots
2 eggs
mayonnaise
salt
pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. To boil fillet in subsalty water to readiness, to cool. It is good to wash and cut mushrooms in small cubes.
2. Carrots to clean and rub on large grater.
3. Onions to clean and cut with cubes. On sunflower oil to spasirovat onions to transparency, to add grated carrots and to fry.
4. To carrots and onions to add the cut mushrooms to frying pan and to bring to readiness. At the end of preparation to salt and pepper. To cool. To boil eggs and to clean. Fillet and eggs to cut with small cubes. From corn to merge water.
5. To mix the fried mushrooms, onions and carrots with the cut fillet eggs and corn. All to dress with mayonnaise.
