Ingredients:

dough
400 gr. torments (I took 1 glass)
250 gr. desi (at me 100 gr.)
150 gr. sugar (I have 3 tablespoons)
3 tablespoons of cocoa
stuffing
500 gr. cottage cheese (at me 400 gr. fat-free)
4 eggs (I have taken 2 pieces large)
200 gr. sugar (I have taken 3 tablespoons)
1 bag (10 gr.) vanilla sugar
100 ml. sour creams (I have added 4 tablespoons)
(Did not add) 2 tablespoons of flour

Preparation:

Oven to heat on 180 degrees, form (at me demountable 19 cm) to grease with desi, to strew a little with flour. If cottage cheese granular needs to be wiped it through sieve, to pound eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, to add to cottage cheese, also to add sour cream and flour, it is good to mix. In bowl to pound hands in crumb flour, oil, cocoa and sugar. On bottom of form to lay out the most part of crumb, from above to pour out stuffing, to strew with evenly remained crumb. To bake pie of 45-50 minutes until it hardens. To cool ready pie in the form of 20 minutes, then carefully to shift to plate, to allow to cool down completely, I left it for the night in the refrigerator.

125 gr. chocolate (I took 100 gr+2 cocoa tablespoons)
125 gr. sugar (I took 3 tablespoons)
2 eggs
0.5 bag of vanilla sugar
salt pinch
0.5 h. baking powder spoons
125 gr. torments (if cocoa then of flour is added to take 2 tablespoons less)

200 gr. the cottage cheese (wiped)
1 egg
75 gr. sugar (I took 2 tablespoons of icing sugar)
0.5 bag of vanilla sugar
I have still added 1 tablespoon of flour

Preparation:

1. To heat oven on 180-200 degrees, to lay form the oiled parchment, I baked in demountable 19 cm.

2. To kindle chocolate with oil, to shake up eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar, to mix with chocolate and oil mix, to mix flour with cocoa and baking powder, to sift from above, to stir that homogeneous dough has turned out.

3. To stir cottage cheese with egg, powder, flour and vanilla sugar. On bottom of form to distribute a little chocolate dough, then from above in several places to distribute half cottage cheese, then chocolate, again cottage cheese, from above to close chocolate dough, wooden skewer to make stains.

4. To bake pie to readiness. To cool ready pie on lattice.
