Coffee dessert from wafers and cream
Ingredients:
470 ml of fat cream
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of instant coffee (powder)
450 g of mascarpone of room temperature
255 g of thin chocolate wafers
cocoa without sugar (in addition)
Preparation:
Prepare round form for pie with rental regions. Put empty bowl for beating in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. Then there mix cream, sugar, coffee and shake up everything at the maximum speed about 2 minutes to steady peaks. Accurately enter mascarpone, mix and leave for a while.

Close form food wrap and put in the refrigerator minimum for 8 hours, one night better. Before giving powder from above cocoa through strainer and remove edges from form.
