NUTLETS FROM THE CHILDHOOD
Dough
1. 250 gr.margarin for pastries
2. 2 eggs
3. 1/2 Art. of sugar
4. 1/2 tsps of soda (we extinguish vinegar)
5. 3-4 Art. of flour (at me has left 3,5 stak.)
Stuffing
1. 2 jars of boiled condensed milk
2. nutlets walnut, peanut, raisin (I have peanut)
3. fragments from the baked nutlets
Preparation:
To pound margarine with sugar and yolks, to add the whites beaten in foam. To put soda, extinguished vinegar, to mix.
Gradually to enter flour, dough has to turn out soft, not sticking to hands.
While we prepare formochka, we clean dough in the refrigerator.
We heat form, once is oiled (it will not be required any more).
We create of dough slices by the size less walnut.
We bake.
In each half we put stuffing and we connect 2 halves.
