Ingredients:
Average eggplant
Dry oregano – 1 teaspoon
Olive oil – 4 tablespoons
Sea salt – ? teaspoons
Sprinkling pepper
Garlic – 2 cloves (squeeze out or rub)
Pinch of flakes of paprika
Tomatoes in own juice (from banks) – 400 g
Spaghetti – 225 g
Hard cheese (parmesan, salad ricotta) – 45 g
Fresh basil

Preparation:
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Cut eggplant cube and mix with dry oregano, sea salt, sprinkling pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake in oven about 25 minutes.
Boil al's paste tent.
On frying pan heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry grated garlic about a minute. Vsypte paprika flakes. And the cut tomatoes (it is possible to tear them hands). Prepare 5 minutes, add the baked eggplants and prepare about 5 more minutes (all without cover).
Merge spaghetti and lay out them to sauce. Carefully mix.
Lay out the cut basil and grated cheese atop. Lay out paste on plate and powder with basil and cheese in addition at desire.
