DOUBLE APPLE CAKE

Double apple cake

Double apple cake

Shortcake dough:
1 glass of granulated sugar
4 vitelluses
3 tablespoons are swept away
600 g of flour
250 g of unsalted butter
3 teaspoons of baking powder
Apples:
2 kg of apples
? glasses of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon dried peel
1 tsps of cinnamon
icing sugar, for topping

Preparation:

Warm oven to 180C. Prepare 3 baking sheets (21x26 cm).
Mix flour with sugar and baking powder. Hammer yolks, sour cream and oil. Hands knead dough. Divide it into 3 parts, wrap everyone in food wrap and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then get, roll each part and lay out, having stretched, on baking tray. Bake about 20 minutes. Cool.
Clear and small cut apples. Lay out them in big pan, add sugar, cinnamon and dried peel. Pour in 5 tablespoons of cold water and put to cook to condition of homogeneous weight mashed potatoes.
Miss the mark the cooled-down cake layers with the cooled apple puree. From above plentifully strew with icing sugar.
