Blancmange cottage cheese
Ingredients (on 8 small formochek):
350 g of cottage cheese
100 ml of milk
100 g are swept away
100 g of granulated sugar
15 g of gelatin
tinned fruit (we it had tinned pineapples).
Preparation:
1. So, we begin that we wipe cottage cheese through sieve or we pound it in mortar. After that carefully we mix it with granulated sugar and sour cream.
2. Now we presoak gelatin in 50 milliliters of warm milk and we leave before swelling. Usually on it about 15-20 minutes leave. We take the remained milk (50 milliliters), we heat it, but we do not boil and, then, we pour in it thin stream in milk with the bulked-up gelatin, we mix.
3. Now we take tinned pineapples and small we cut them if it is necessary. We mix cottage cheese with fruit and gelatin, we spill on small formochka and we put in the refrigerator approximately for 3-4 hours.
