Oatmeal cookies
Ingredients:
- The unsalted butter (softened) - 170 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Egg (big) - 1 piece
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Flour - 105 g
- Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoons
- Oats - 220 g
- The walnuts roasted and cut - 110 g
Preparation:
Warm oven to 176 degrees, lay out nuts on baking tray and bake within 10 minutes. After 10 minutes pull out baking tray from oven, let's nuts cool down and cut on slices.
In small bowl shake up the mixer oil and sugar to homogeneous mass, add egg and vanilla extract and again mix.
In separate bowl mix flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add the received mix to the oil which is shaken up with sugar and disturb before receiving homogeneous mass. Then add nuts and oats. Mix.
Use spoon for forming of balls of ice cream to divide dough. Previously moisten spoon with water, then dough will not stick. Create cookies and lay out on the baking tray covered with parchment paper - at distance from each other - 5 cm.
Moisten teaspoon with water and press down cookies.
Bake cookies within 13 minutes until it becomes light-golden at edges, but still remains soft and slightly wet in the center. Take out cookies from oven and let's cool down.
