Baroness potatoes

Ingredients:
Potatoes (to wash up, clear and cut on large pieces) – 480 g
Fat cream – 3 tablespoons
Desi – 2 tablespoons (room temperature)

Preparation:

1. Heat oven to 200 degrees.
