Custard yeast direct dough for pies
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
1. To connect all components and to fill in all this with 1 glass of abrupt boiled water.
2. It is good to mix.
3. To allow to cool down this mix. Then we add 1 more glass of warm water, 3 yolks, 1,5 teaspoons of yeast powder and 4-5 glasses of flour (depends what gluten of flour) and to knead dough that did not stick to hands.
4. To allow to stand of 30 minutes till 1 o'clock and we mold pies.
5. THE STUFFING WE TAKE ANY.
We fry on average fire to flush from both parties. Oil has to boil.
