Rice with shrimps
Ingredients:
- rice of 200 g
- frozen-cooked shrimps of 400 g
- soy-bean sauce
- olive oil
- ginger root
- water
Preparation:
1. On the warmed frying pan with olive oil to pour out dry rice. To prepare, constantly stirring slowly. When rice is ready, it from the transparent will turn into the white.
2. After that to add in rice of a little boiling water and to leave to extinguish to readiness.
3. To cut root of ginger and to fry it on other frying pan, having added soy-bean sauce. To lay out there shrimps and to prepare them some minutes.
4. To mix shrimps with rice and to give hot.
