Paella with mushrooms
Ingredients:
• 600g chicken fillet
• 750g chicken broth
• 300g sliced or the whole sterilized MIKADO champignons
• 250g rice
• 250g MIKADO green peas
• 250g bean
• 1 bulb
• 70 ml of MIKADO tomato paste
• 6 tbsps of the olive oil MIKADO
• 0,25 tsps of saffron
• salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation:
1. Wash out fillet and cut with slices. Merge liquid from the sterilized champignons. Crush onions.
2. Warm olive oil in frying pan. Lay out onions, fry to transparency, add to it chicken fillet, and in 3 minutes – champignons. Add the carrots cut in cubes, peas and haricot, slightly fry.
3. Warm and bring to the boil broth, pour in frying pan. Mix it with meat and vegetables and add tomato paste.
4. Prepare within 20 minutes, then vsypta the washed-out rice, cover and extinguish 20 more minutes to full readiness of rice. Salt and pepper to taste, add saffron. Bon appetit!
