House candies Candied roasted nuts
Ingredients:
350g sugar,
100g waters,
140g nuts,
1ch.l. lemon juice
Preparation:
Nuts to roast and grind in the blender in not too fine grits. To sift on sieve that the smallest crumb was poured (it is not necessary). Before addition in syrup nuts will need to be warmed up, it can be made in microwave (2 minutes). For syrup to mix sugar and water, to bring to the boil when stirring. Cook on average fire before test on caramel (it has to break). In 5 minutes from the beginning of boiling to add teaspoon of lemon juice. On cooking at me about 10-15 minutes leave. Ready caramel when cooling fragile, crackles and does not stick to teeth. To pour hot nuts into caramel and quickly to mix. To pour out on the oiled paper for pastries to allow to cool down.
