Chocolate cake in French
Very simple in preparation and very tasty chocolate dessert is from France. Cake is unusual that at it the liquid stuffing turns out. Who-who, and French are a good judge of desserts.
Ingredients (about 6 cakes):
Desi - 100 g
Dark chocolate (70-80% of cocoa) - 200 g
Granulated sugar - 50 g
Egg - 2 pieces + 3 yolks
Flour pshenichnaya60
Salt - 0.25 teaspoons
Icing sugar - 100 g
Preparation:
We break chocolate, we cut oil slices and we put in bowl
We kindle chocolate with oil on steam bath, carefully mixing.
We shake up in egg foam with yolks and sugar (2 whole eggs + three yolks)
We mix eggs and chocolate, we add flour and salt. We mix to uniformity.
In the formochka oiled, we pour out dough and in the oven warmed to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Edges of dough have to propechsya, and stuffing to remain liquid. It is better to serve so far cake hot, having slightly powdered with icing sugar.
