Chocolates with walnuts
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate — 450 g
Desi — 3/4 glasses
Bitter chocolate — 60 g
Espresso soluble — 2 teaspoons
Sugar — 3 glasses
The milk condensed — 340 g
Walnuts — 1/2 glasses
Vanilla extract — 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
Lay foil rectangular shape. In bowl mix the crushed dark chocolate, desi, the crushed bitter chocolate and instant coffee. In pan mix concentrated milk and sugar, bring to the boil on average fire and mix until sugar is dissolved. Cook until temperature reaches 212 degrees, constantly stirring slowly, about 10 minutes. Very quickly pour out mix in chocolate paste and mix to homogeneous state, then add vanilla and slightly crushed nuts. Lay out weight in form even layer and put in the refrigerator, without closing, for 3 hours. Take from form, holding foil and cut on small squares. Again cool.
