After we roll it in thin layer, we cut out circles, we grease everyone with protein whip (it is possible to lower) and bed stuffing (we do not forget to merge juice from berry!).
Now we should connect edges of circles and to pinch them.
We prepare in double boiler of minutes 15-17 and if it is not present, it is possible over pan with the boiling water to pull gauze, and on it to lay out vareniki. They need to be turned when one party is ready (it will be visible on color of dough).
