Winter with Champignons salad

Winter with Champignons salad

Ingredients:

2 potatoes,
2 carrots,
2 pickles,
200 g of champignons,
100 g of canned peas,
2 eggs,
house mayonnaise (natural yoghourt, sour cream)
green onions,
vegetable oil,
salt.

Preparation:

Potatoes, carrots, eggs to boil, cool and clean. To cut in cubes potatoes and carrots. To add the cut cucumber and eggs. To fry champignons on vegetable oil and to salt. To add mushrooms and peas. To fill (yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream). To lay out in salad bowl and to decorate with small chopped green onions.
