100 g of hard cheese
2-3 Art. of l of flour
vegetable oil (for frying)
black sprinkling pepper, salt - to taste
coriander, (at will)
turmeric * (optional)
Cayenne pepper, fennel (at will)
It is possible to add the favourite spices to taste!
Preparation:
1. To boil potatoes in uniform, to clear, grate or pass via the meat grinder.
2. To add eggs, spices, salt, carefully to mix.
3. To add sifted flour to the received weight, to mix. The basis for rope-producing bacteria is ready!
4. To cut cheese brusochka.
5. Wet hands to create rope-producing bacteria, to put cheese in the middle, to roll in in bread crumbs and to fry with! 4 parties on vegetable oil before formation of golden crust.
6. It is possible to give rope-producing bacteria hot or warm with your favourite sauce.

Ingredients:
5 large red potatoes
250 g of champignons
1 large bulb
2–3 tbsps of flour
bay leaf and peppercorn – to taste
small bunch of fresh fennel (it is possible to lower)
nutmeg pinch
salt – to taste
bread crumbs or flour
vegetable oil – for frying
Preparation:
1. To boil potatoes in the added some salt water with addition of bay leaf and black pepper.
2. To pound.
To add fresh chopped fennel, salt, nutmeg and flour. To mix to uniformity.
3. Onions small to cut, fry 4–5 minutes on vegetable oil.
4. To add small cut champignons and to fry 1–2 minutes till golden color. To salt.
5. From potato weight to create balls, to priplusnut palm each ball, having made flat cakes.
To put stuffing in the center.

Potato zraz with mushrooms!
Zraz — the dish of the Lithuanian, Belarusian, Polish and Ukrainian cuisine representing cutlets with stuffing.
Ingredients:
- 6-7 average potatoes
- 1 egg
- 30 gr desi
- 1 bulb
- 4 big champignons
- 50 gr cheese of firm grades
- vegetable oil for frying
- 100 gr torments or bread crumbs
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Boil potatoes in the added some salt water to readiness. Prepare mashed potatoes with addition of egg and desi.
Separately, during cooking of potatoes, we will prepare mushroom stuffing. Small chop onions, fry till golden color, cut champignons straws and fry together with onions, cool. Grate cheese on large grater and mix with onions and champignons.
Take tablespoon with hill of dense mashed potatoes, give it the form of flat cake in which center lay out a little stuffing.
Connect edges of potato flat cake so that the stuffing was covered from all directions by potatoes.
Roll in potato zraz in flour or bread crumbs and fry on the warmed vegetable oil from both parties.

cheese — 75 g,
ham — 70 g,
onions — 1 piece,

Preparation:
