Stuffed vegetables

Ingredients:

- Onions of green 20 g
- Uncooked smoked sausage of 400 g
- Desi of 150 g
- Cheese of firm grades of 150 g
- Green paprika of 2 pieces.
- Tomatoes red 150 g

Preparation:

To wash up, dry and small to cut onions. To cut sausage in small cubes and to mix everything with desi.
To grate cheese on small grater and to mix with the turned-out forcemeat.
To decrown at vegetables and to remove core. Densely to fill with stuffing and to put in the refrigerator for 3?4 hours.
Before giving on table to slice stuffed vegetables thin and to lay out on dish.
