Egg in basket from bacon
Ingredients:
Egg - 4 pieces
Bacon (or any ham - to taste) - 8 pieces
Goat cheese - 4 tablespoons
Mushrooms (shitak) - 1/2 glasses
Desi - 1 teaspoon
Salami - 8 pieces
Salt and pepper - to taste
Heat oven to 180 degrees. In frying pan on desi fry mushrooms about 2 minutes, salt and pepper.
On bottom of formochka lay out 2 pieces of salami.
Lay out a few mushrooms.
Inwrap bacon (2 pieces) on formochka. Put a little cheese.
Break egg. Salt and pepper.
Bake 25-30 minutes to readiness of eggs (on your discretion).
