Mashed potatoes with garlic and cheese in oven
Ingredients:
Potatoes – 1 kg (to cut small squares)
Garlic – 2-4 cloves
Cheese mozzarella – 110 g
Grated hard cheese (like parmesan) – ? glasses
Bread crumbs – 2 tablespoons
Milk – ? glasses
Desi – 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper – to taste
Preparation:
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Grease rectangular shape for roasting olive or desi.
In the added some salt water boil potatoes and garlic to readiness (that they were soft). At this time mix bread crumbs with 2 tablespoons of grated hard cheese. Merge potatoes and turn it together with garlic into mashed potatoes in the same pan in which they cooked. Add milk and desi, grated mozzarella and remained firm cheese. Mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour mashed potatoes in the prepared form, powder from above with mix of crackers and cheese. Bake without 20-30 minutes, without closing dish, to golden-brown crust.
