Ingredients:

Preparation:

- sour cream – 225 gr.,
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
1. It is necessary to mix the mixer cottage cheese with vegetable oil, egg, sugar, to pour sifted flour with baking powder and to knead dough.
Form (at me with a diameter of 24 cm, but it is possible 26sm) to oil, to roll, lay out dough in form, to make high sides and while we prepare stuffing, to put in the refrigerator.
2. For stuffing of squirrel it is separated from yolks, we shake up them and so far we put in the refrigerator. We wash lemon, we grate 1 teaspoon of dried peel and we wring out 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
3. By the mixer it is shaken up the softened desi, sugar and yolks. We add cottage cheese, sour cream, baking powder, dried peel and juice of lemon, everything is well mixed. We clean tangerines, we clear of films, and we put half of segments in stuffing. By spoon it is implicated protein whips. Still time is very well mixed.
4. We get from the refrigerator form with dough, we spread curds, from above we deepen the remained mandarine segments and we bake pie in the oven warmed to 180 degrees within hour. If the top too blushes, we close it foil. To pie we allow to cool down and only after that we give on table.
