HOUSE POTATO CHIPS

House potato chips

House potato chips

Ingredients:
800 g of potatoes
3 tbsps of olive oil
2 pinches of Cayenne pepper
? tsps of ground sweet paprika
salt and black sprinkling pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Potatoes are cut on slices 2-3 mm thick

2. We put potatoes in bowl, we add 1 tbsp of olive oil, paprika, Cayenne and black pepper. We salt and mix.

3. We dim foil 2 baking sheets. We oil foil the olive. In one layer it is stacked potato slices.

4. We put baking tray in the oven warmed to 200 degrees. We bake 15 minutes, then we overturn our semi-ready chipsinka on 180 degrees and we bake 15 more minutes, till golden color and crunchy state.
