Horchata
Ingredients:
Rice of kruglozerny 120 g
Water of 750 ml
Cinnamon in sticks of 2 g
Granulated sugar of 200 g
Cow's milk of 500 ml
Carefully to crush rice in the blender or the coffee grinder, to fill in with warm water, to add cinnamon and to put in cold spot, about 8 hours will not cool down yet (it is desirable to leave for the night)
To take out stick of cinnamon and to scroll in the blender (ok 5 min.)
To filter through some layers of gauze
To implicate sugar and milk. To cool. To give with slices of ice and pinch of cinnamon.
