Extremely tasty kartoshechka!
Preparation:
To clean kartoshechka.
We take tablespoon and we place in it kartoshina, holding with the left hand spoon with potato, right (if you are lefthander, left ))) knife we cut it against the stop in spoon - cuts turn out... the spoon does not allow to cut kartoshechka up to the end. :-)))
To lay potato in form, to water with vegetable oil and to powder with seasoning - salt, pepper and herbs.
To bake in oven to readiness at T190, periodically watering with masliyets.
