Ingredients:
1 kg of forcemeat (beef in half with turkey or chicken meat),
2 bulbs,
3 average paprikas (it is better than different flowers),
6 garlic gloves,
2 eggs,
parsley or cilantro.

Preparation:
1. To pass forcemeat via the meat grinder, together with onions, garlic and greens, to salt, add eggs and the pepper cut in cubes.
2. If forcemeat has turned out dense, to add a little water.
3. It is better to bake cutlets in oven on the oiled baking sheet or to fry on small amount of oil on small fire.
4. To serve cutlets with vegetable garnish.
