Apple yogurt ice cream

Ingredients:
Vanilla yogurt of 910 ml
Apple of 4 pieces.
Sugar brown 1 St.
Cinnamon of 1 h. l.
Nutmeg of grated 0,5 h. l.

To put gauze in sieve and to establish it over big bowl. To lay out yogurt in sieve, to cover and clean in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. To merge the liquid which has accumulated in bowl and to measure 2 glasses of the thickened yogurt.
Small to cut apples and to mix in small pan about 1/3 glasses of refiner syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.
To put on average and slow fire and to cook, periodically stirring slowly until apples are softened and syrup does not decrease twice.
To cover and clean in the refrigerator.
To mix yogurt and the remained sugar in the device for ice cream and to prepare according to the instruction.
In 10-15 minutes to add apples.
To store the remained frozen yoghourt in deep freeze, in close container.
