Chicken brochettes
Ingredients:
two chicken fillet
skewers
marinade:
juice of half of lemon
couple of tablespoons of olive oil
salt, pepper, seasonings
Preparation:
To cut chicken fillet on small slices.
From lemon to squeeze out juice, to add olive oil, salt, pepper, seasonings. It is possible to add onions if love.
To pickle meat for couple of hours. After to string on skewers and to fry on well warmed frying pan to readiness.
Or bake your shish kebabs in oven, warm it to 200 degrees and do not forget to overturn shish kebab.
To give with vegetables and greens, your favourite sauces will also approach.
