Very mushroom pie
Ingredients:
Flour – 250 g
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Desi – 255 g
Cold water – 60 ml
Stuffing:
Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
Mushrooms – 905 g
Salt and sprinkling pepper
Desi – 1 stolvoy spoon
Green onions – 2 pieces
Thyme – 1 stolvoy spoon
Grated cheese – 70 g
Milk – 475 ml
Fat cream – 475 ml
Egg – 6 pieces
Nutmeg
In the mixer mix flour glass with salt. At low speed gradually add desi, then vsypta other flour and cold water. Mix everything to homogeneous mass. Wrap dough in food wrap and press that the equal disk has turned out. Put in the refrigerator minimum for hour.
Grease form for pie with the removed walls with desi and lay paper for pastries.
Roll dough on carefully powdered surface flour is thin. Shift dough in form, having made side of dough. In such look put form with dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 160 degrees. Lay dough paper of dlva of pastries and from above fill up any weighting compound, for example haricot or dry peas, rice. Bake within 30-40 minutes to golden crust. Accurately get rice or haricot (that was used) and paper. Cool basis. Do not switch off oven.
For stuffing heat oil in big frying pan. Lay out the cut mushrooms, powder with salt and pepper and prepare about 5 minutes until mushrooms start becoming soft. Reduce fire to average, lay out butter, the cut onions and thyme and, stirring slowly, prepare about 12 more minutes to readiness of mushrooms. Again salt and pepper. Cool.
Lay out third of cheese and half of mushrooms on bottom of the cooled-down basis. In the blender milk, cream, eggs, 1,5 teaspoons of salt, couple of peas of pepper and pinch of nutmeg to homogeneous mass. Fill in with half of mix mushrooms. Close oyeshche one third of cheese and other mushrooms. Pour out the second half of milk mix and powder with the remained cheese.
Bake about 1,5 hours. Cool. Get pie from form and shift to dish.
