Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 100 ml. milk
- 100gr. torments

For ornament: 3 var.yayets; tomatoes; greens.
Preparation:
Small to crumble onions; to grate carrots on small grater; to fry onions on raises - m oil, to add carrots - well to fry. To add the squeezed-out garlic to mayonnaise. To clear crude liver of film, to pass via the meat grinder. To add to egg liver (crude), to peremeshat+moloko+muku+sol-mix.
On the oiled frying pan to fry pancakes from two parties (on 5-7 min. with everyone). About 5 pancakes, diameter-16см have to turn out. We grease warm pancake with mayonnaise (with garlic), we spread carrots layer with onions. We cover with the following pancake, etc. Well to collect pie. To decorate to taste. For example, sides - grated protein, and top - grated yolk. It is possible to make leg-base crabmeats from tomato.
